This Locking slave Collar w/Padlock is 3/4″ wide has a row of tall cone studs across it. There is a padlock clipped through 2 D-rings in the back which comes with a key. In the front there is a Extended D&O Ring. This slave collar is made to order and requires an EXACT neck measurement for the intended wearer which can be placed below where it says Exact Neck Measurement. I will leave the breathing room, so do not include that. Please measure at the base of the neck down to the 1/2″ or to the nearest centimeter.
